Course Overview

Consider this scenario.

Have you ever been to a meeting where everyone speaks at once, no-one has completed their actions from the time before, there is no clear objective or it runs over time?

If you have and now want to ensure any meeting or training session you ever have to run is a valuable experience for those attending, then this is the course for you.

Being a great facilitator is what is known as a differentiating skill. Anyone who can facilitate valuable and motivational meetings, and training sessions, is perceived to be great at everything else. Rarely are you more on show than when at the front of the room. The group is reliant upon the facilitator’s skills to ensure a successful outcome.

This Facilitation Skills programme is designed for anyone who has to run meetings, either virtually, in-house or hybrid, and wants to ensure they have a comprehensive toolbox to help them become a facilitator who is widely respected and appreciated by their audience.

Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
