Course Overview
The fear of change is often down to the lack of communication from those who are determining policy. Others can only sit back, speculate and worry, and this is more prevalent when the change involves redundancy and restructuring.
The GBS Managing Redundancy and Restructuring course is designed for HR professionals and others involved in possible redundancy and restructuring initiatives. The redundancy training course will teach you the legal constraints and a combination of practical techniques and anecdotes to assist the management of a smooth restructuring transition.
