Course Overview

Recruitment interviewing is critical for business success, but may not come naturally to everyone. Within the artificial situation of two strangers meeting, you need to successfully identify the Candidate who will do the best job and be the greatest success in your organisation.

Additionally, it is vitally important that the Interviewer remains at all time compliant with the many laws that are associated with recruitment and selection.

This course is recommended for anyone in your organisation who ever has to interview anyone for a job. All those involved in recruitment activities should be equipped with the appropriate knowledge and skills.

Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
