Our approach, clearly focusing on the reduction of time and resources, relies heavily on the concept of 'Re-useable Learning Objects'. These are bite-sized elements designed to be creative and imaginative, using contemporary ideas and accelerated learning techniques to produce learning experiences that are both energising and intellectually stimulating and, as the name suggests, reusable! This leads to cost savings and more focused management or leadership development interventions.
Future-Proofing
Not surprisingly all organisations are concerned that their training spend will continue to reap benefits over an extended period of time. As the Learning Objects are far easier to update than traditional programmes - they can be slotted in and out like building blocks and this flexibility ensures that organisations can quickly reflect changes and initiatives, in generic programmes, without the need for major and costly re-design/re-writing.
