Blended pre-course learning is provided online with an opportunity for delegates to inform the trainer of their individual objectives for the session.
Learning is further sustained by web-based training, bulletin boards and online coaching sessions. This comprehensive support programme enables participants to fully integrate and adapt their learning into the realities of their business life.
