Our trainers are our 'shop window' and so we take great care in their selection both in terms of their subject matter expertise, their delivery style and also their personality and ability to build rapport. As an awarding body for the Certificate in Training Practice we measure our trainers against it.
To complement their delivery experience we also expect our trainers involved in leadership or management development to have held a comparable position thus enabling them to relate to their audience and offer anecdotal evidence to achieve credibility from their audience.
We support our trainers’ CPD through the organisation with internal swap-shops and joint programmes giving them the opportunity to meet and work with each other. This enables them to discuss the latest ideas in training and determine which innovations should be incorporated into our in-house and public programmes.
