Matrix Management Training

Course Overview

One of the major challenges faced for anyone working in a matrix structure is the ambiguity and lack of clarity. You will be reporting to at least two people, and it can be confusing knowing who to report to first or how to prioritise your work.

Employees are faced with different styles, ways of working, approaches and personalities and must find the best way to respond to each of them.

Anyone who manages in a matrix organisation needs to be aware of this, and needs to develop skills, over and above the normal management skills.

This GBS management training course is designed for anyone about to become a manager in a matrix organisation, or currently is one but who would benefit from improving their existing skill base and confidence.

Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
