Quite often, Supervisors feel that they are trapped between a ‘rock and a hard place’ when it comes to getting the job done. That is why this job focuses on leading the team through communication, motivation and delegation techniques as well as coping with problems.
The 2 day GBS Supervisory Skills course has been designed to provide new Supervisors with the confidence and techniques needed to lead their team to success, whilst achieving their own organisational goals.
