When working with members of the press, radio and television, organisations are sometimes given the opportunity for free PR. This is a chance to project a professional image, and is the best way of presenting accurate facts to the general public if handled effectively and professionally.
This course has been designed for delegates to learn many of the tricks of the media trade. They will understand the importance of effective planning and preparation, the need for assertiveness to ensure they are not misunderstood, how to recognise and respond to leading questions and how to remain in control of the situation.
