In today’s increasingly competitive market place, the need to be commercially aware is no longer the preserve of the finance team but is of increasing importance for anyone in a management or leadership position. Being able to look at situations from a commercial perspective has become more important, and knowing what makes a business successful and what factors influence commercial success has become a key competence for most managers. The GBS Commercial Awareness course gives participants an understanding of how aspects such as customers, competitors, supply and demand and profitability will have an impact on businesses. It also helps increase confidence in understanding some of the basic ‘financials’, which, for many, can at first be a daunting prospect. Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
