The GBS Training Needs Analysis course is for those who need to identify training needs within a department or organisation, prioritise these needs and be able to devise and deliver the business case to the relevant parties. Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats.
