Geographically dispersed team members are increasingly common in the modern workplace. How do you overcome the challenges of supervising remote employees and managing remote teams? Managers must put in extra effort to cultivate a positive team dynamic and ensure remote workers feel connected to other colleagues and to the business overall. It requires a “proactive” approach by the manager. Our Managing Remote Teams course has been designed for managers wishing to enhance and develop remote team dynamics. This course gives managers the skills and techniques needed to motivate teams who are based in various locations, to deliver their best. Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats.
