Course Overview

The ability to review and manage performance in order to enable individuals and teams to achieve higher levels of performance is a critical management skill, and one that has a significant impact on the growth and sustainability of a business.

Therefore, it is essential that managers are equipped with the knowledge and ability to performance manage individuals and teams in a positive and constructive manner.
