Course Overview

Stakeholder management is critical for the successful conclusion of any project. It is critical for managing any client relationship, and in the effective fulfilment of Service Level Agreements. (SLA’s)

Developing healthy relationships with each Stakeholder and being mindful of the impact they each have on the successful implementation of a project is important. Each stakeholder is unique, and has different needs and wants, and corporate goals and strategy. These all need to be factored into the relationship, and the relationship needs to be managed sensitively, and steps taken to ensure each relationship is healthy and productive. Unhealthy Stakeholder relationships can trigger a tremendous drain in mental energy and time.

The GBS Stakeholder Management course is relevant for anyone in business who affects stakeholder engagement and will enable them to develop their stakeholder strategy map, explore techniques and learn tools to ensure each relationship is productive and viewed by the stakeholder as positive.
