PT209 - Managing and Influencing Stakeholders

Course Overview

The successful management of different stakeholder groups requires a number of different skills.

From influencing and persuasion through to engaging others and building trust, this course provides the practical skills to successfully manage different stakeholder groups.

Throughout the course you will develop the knowledge to use a range of tools and techniques to work effectively with a range of customers, stakeholders, top management and external providers/suppliers to increase their readiness to accept change and overcome resistance.

The GBS Managing and Influencing Stakeholders course, is a highly-interactive 3 day course and is available either as a public, in-house or digitally-delivered course.

Completion of two Practitioner level courses, together with demonstrable work experience, can lead to the gold standard Chartered Quality Professional (CQP) status, which is recognised alongside other roles with Chartered status.
