Being an inclusive leader is about creating a psychologically safe space where everyone can feel they are able to speak their minds without fear of negative repercussions. As inclusive leaders, it is imperative for us to understand that if we do not consciously include people, we will inevitably exclude them. This must be a conscious and mindful act and does not just happen organically.
