Course Overview

A middle manager’s role is always challenging, because it involves being able to get results through others in order to be successful in implementing business strategy. Hence the need to be excellent communicators, set clear objectives and develop their staff to perform. Middle managers are required to determine how their team’s objective will be achieved and making sure they reach it. All the while they need to ensure the balance between motivation, performance and development of the individual team members is of a good standard. To be an effective manager, you must ensure you understand that your team is interdependent and keep them in balance.

The GBS Middle Manager Development course has been designed to enable delegates to enhance their skills needed to become excellent communicators and manage change whilst developing their teams’ performance.
