Facilitating Motivational Meetings

Course Overview

A major cause of frustration for everyone is the sheer amount of time wasted in attending useless meetings where there are often no objectives, no agenda, one way traffic, no involvement, actions are not owned or achieved or perhaps the meeting overruns.

No one has time to waste. People are stressed and exhausted enough, and alleviating their day from pointless meetings will enable them to free up invaluable time to focus on the achievement of their corporate goals and objectives.

Meetings run well are a great opportunity to motivate, galvanise, engage, drive strategy, increase performance levels and increase employee engagement and achieve some corporate goals.

Facilitating Motivational Meetings is suitable for anyone who has to facilitate an in-house, virtual or hybrid meeting, and delegates will learn a range of skills, and techniques, to enable them to facilitate meetings that are worthwhile, motivational, and are a valuable use of everyone’s time.

Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
