Course Overview

Change is an inevitable part of any business so it is important that it is handled positively and appropriately. This makes the ability for managers and leaders to communicate effectively during periods of change their most important tool, as people look to them to lead the way through transitioning into a new way of working.

Our Communicating Through Change course has been designed for anyone who is involved in ensuring that change is managed within the business as smoothly and positively as possible.

The programme provides opportunities to practice newly-learned skills with a specialist facilitator, either virtually or face to face, and receive feedback on ways in which communication style can be improved.

Please note, this course can be delivered either virtually, face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
