Course Overview

Mentoring is a highly-effective way for employees to gain knowledge, skills, and the experience of high performing employees. Mentors are able to transfer their skills to newer or less experienced employees in order to progress their careers.

Our Mentoring Skills course is digitally delivered, and provides the skills to become an effective mentor by developing the capability to build trust and rapport. When these skills are embedded in the relationship, the mentee becomes more confident in their own judgement when making decisions.

This course is delivered digitally, so that you can practice the tools and techniques that will be used online when providing mentor support to employees who are working within a remote setting.

You will also adopt essential communication skills so that they are effective within an online setting, creating a successful mentoring relationship.

Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
