Our Managing Redundancy Conversations webinar is designed for those who require the skills to have difficult conversations and ensure the fair and ethical treatment of employees whose roles are redundant. It will enable participants to appreciate their feelings and manage them in a way that keeps them feeling supported and comfortable with the process.
