Course Overview

Conflict is an inevitable in any organisation. Stress, pressure, accountability and a constantly changing business landscape allow for conflict to build at any time. Many people now work from home so these conflicts are likely to occur either through electronic communications such as email, over the phone or via a video conference rather than face-to-face.

Our Conflict Resolution course will develop your skills in handling different types of conflict and reach a state in which both parties feel valued, respected and their conflict resolved.

We use video conferencing platforms to deliver the training, such as Zoom, so that you can receive the training in a remote location whilst also learning the methods to resolve conflict remotely. You will gain the techniques for dealing with the different types of conflict, such as in a letter, email, or face-to-face online. When conflict is resolved in a positive manner, it can result in higher levels of advocacy for your brand, an increase in productivity, and bring real, measurable, positive change.

Individual coaching is available as an ‘add on’ to this webinar to allow for more practise and feedback.

Please note, this course can be delivered either virtually, face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
