Course Overview

Conflict is inevitable in any organisation. Stress, pressure, accountability and a constantly changing business landscape allow for conflict to build at any time. Conflict can now occur through electronic communications such as email, over the phone, via video conference as well as face-to-face.

Our Conflict Resolution course will develop your skills in handling different types of conflict in any setting and reach a state in which all parties feel valued, respected and their conflict resolved.

You will gain the techniques for dealing with different types of conflict which can arise in either a digital or face to face setting.

When conflict is resolved in a positive manner, it can result in higher levels of advocacy for your brand, increase productivity, and bring real, measurable, positive change.

Individual coaching is available as an ‘add on’ to this course to allow for more practise and feedback.

Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
