Many people now work from home so these conflicts can now occur either through electronic communications such as email, over the phone or via a video conference as well as face-to-face.
Our Conflict Resolution course will develop your skills in handling different types of conflict and reach a state in which both parties feel valued, respected and their conflict resolved.
You will gain the techniques for dealing with different types of conflict which can arise in either a digital or face to face setting.
When conflict is resolved in a positive manner, it can result in higher levels of advocacy for your brand, increase productivity, and bring real, measurable, positive change.
Individual coaching is available as an ‘add on’ to this course to allow for more practise and feedback.
