Our Managing Remote Teams course is ideal for those who are new to managing others remotely and will provide you with the skills to ensure that remote workers feel connected to other colleagues and to the business overall.

Managers will adopt a proactive approach, without the need to micro-manage, in order to enhance and develop their remote team’s dynamics. You will also learn how to support employees who are new to working from home so that they have the resources, tools and support that they require to succeed. It will also provide guidance on how to motivate others from a remote location to boost morale and productivity.
