Leading and Managing Hybrid Teams is perfect for leaders and managers who are responsible for hybrid teams so that they can reset existing working practices and thrive within this way of working.
The programme provides the specific tools needed to help leaders and managers facilitate a collaborative way of working and evolve their teams to work in harmony, despite being dispersed across different locations. Its aim is to maintain team members’ sense of ‘belonging’ so that they feel supported and equipped to carry out their roles and responsibilities effectively.
It is ideal in developing the techniques to help others collaborate across distance, manage their time, increase levels of productivity and maximise both individual and team performance.
The content within the session can also be customised to include company-specific policies and procedures.
