Course Overview

One of your most important stakeholders are your customers, and when they receive excellent products or services from your business, they become your greatest advocates. Therefore, it is important that leaders continually consider the ways in which they can create value for their customers in order to maintain their loyalty.

Our Creating Value for Customers course is an ideal course to learn the basics of how to deliver good customer service, and understand how to embed quality in systems and processes. You will develop an understanding of the customer’s life cycle and explore the impact of online advocacy. It is designed to develop the skills needed to improve every step of the customer journey.

Individual coaching is available as an ‘add on’ to allow for more practise and feedback. Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
