Course Overview

One of your most important stakeholders are your customers, and when they receive excellent products or services from your business, they become your greatest advocates. Therefore, it is important that leaders continually consider the ways in which they can create value for their customer in order to maintain their loyalty.

Our Creating Value for Customers course is delivered remotely, allowing you and your team to receive the training in remote, isolated and controlled environment.

You will learn the basics of how to deliver good customer service either via email or through video conferencing, and understand how to embed quality in systems and processes. You will develop an understanding of the customer’s life cycle and explore the impact of online advocacy. It is designed to develop the skills needed to improve every step of the customer journey.

Individual coaching is available as an ‘add on’ to this webinar to allow for more practise and feedback.
