Course Overview

The need to provide constructive feedback is always critical in businesses. The changing business landscape has led to a rise in the number of employees working from home and for some this may be their first time of working in this way and so may need additional reassurance and support.

Our Giving and Receiving Feedback Remotely course is designed to equip anyone with the tools and techniques to be able to give feedback online as additional skills are required to deliver feedback in this way. For example, when working within an office environment, feedback is often given casually, and more frequently throughout the work week, but when people are working across different locations and time zones this is impossible. This makes the process more formal and the interaction will be more planned which can result in an unnatural process producing less productive results.

This course will provide you with the tools to deliver feedback on camera, over the phone or via email correspondence, in a thoughtful, productive and natural way. It will also develop your own skills in receiving feedback in a professional manner.

Please note, this course can be delivered as virtual instructor led training (VILT), face to face, or it can be delivered with a blend of both formats. We will customise the content and duration in line with your learning and development requirements.
